Good day Good people.
This time I would like to talk about the character.
One tiny title that had been written before.
Well. It’s me to re-write the stories again.
If you don’t know about me.
Let me introduce myself.
Hello, I am just an employee working in a foreign company.
Yes, just an ordinary girl who has passion in calculating numbers.
I am a straight and an energetic person who love sport activities and traveling.
OK, now you know who am I.

Lets continue the stories..
I am one of the person who always nervous in public speaking.
I never too confident speak and dealing with a new person that I met.
Until I join the organization when in college.
I try to lead meetings, talk to the team and also give the opening speech of the seminar.
Honestly it boosted my confidence.
I can be a leader and manage 1 department in the organization.
From the organization, I learned about the personality of each team member.
At least I could chitchat with the team then.
Currently, my job is a desk job.
I rarely talk to my officemate except my boss or direct supervisor.
It force me to keep silent until the free time, then we can talk each other.
But, in the real life even I had experienced to match my friend till they get into relationship.
Unfortunately, I am not the lucky one that always meet good people with good personality.
Sometimes learned their willing and thoughts makes me feels so exhausted.
Because became a leader should let the team express their thoughts.
The most important thing is their character.
The 2nd is Trust.
You have to know the character of each person so that you can put them in the right position.

Important
Why is Character Important?
>> For me, character is the most important thing in life.
Character also defines who we are.
You might show off any spectacular achievement that you get in your career life.
But as long as your personality is bad, you can’t respect people.
You can be a smartest person in your industry, but you can’t last much longer if you always underestimate everyone around you.
>> Once, I heard a rhyme from a Pastors.
Someone might think that what they did was not wrong.
So they don’t have to take responsibility.
Seems like they have some supporters.
They have they own reason.
All based on their background.
But actually our actions should be based on what the Bible says.
Everything in life, in the end has to be based on the Bible..
Not based on what people say.
Everyone must be responsible for everything they do.
No matter what
It’s what makes the character important.
As a believer, I truly believe in what God says.
as Galatian 6:5 says > “For every man shall bear his own burden.”
Mathew 12:36 > “But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment.”
Wise man says
A Leader need to have a strong convictions.
And all the experiences lead me to God’s voices.

With good character and faith they can be a better person.

With bad character, people can hurt others and even ruin someone’s life.
